Do I need a developer to set this up?

No. Setup is handled by IOLITE working with your Salesforce® admin — no code required on your side.

Do external people — vendors, partners, customers — need a Salesforce login to send data in?

No. Anyone who knows the dedicated email address and the expected spreadsheet format can send a file in. No license, no login required on their end.

Can I run more than one recurring import at a time?

Yes. Each spreadsheet format gets its own mapping and its own dedicated email address — set up as many as you need, running independently.

Is this good for a one-time data project?

Not really — Spreadsheet Muncher is built for recurring loads: the same kind of spreadsheet showing up again and again. If it's a one-and-done import, just use Data Loader; save Spreadsheet Muncher for the spreadsheet you'll see again — trade show leads, quarterly pricing, weekly orders.

Spreadsheet Muncher can handle it — objects, relationships, and sequencing are managed automatically as part of the same mapping, as long as the data on each row is logically related.
