Challenge
Operations was looking for a way to rapidly and consistently evaluate new client inbound phone calls. They sought to qualify new customer calls as acceptable cases that could be successfully litigated – all without their attorneys answering the inbound phone calls.

Solution
Develop a checklist of questions that a paralegal or legal secretary could review with potential clients to determine if the legal case could be taken on by the firm and successfully litigated.  Checklists were customized to the type of case being presented. 
Outcome
Attorneys were freed up to work on the cases that were already approved, allowing non-attorneys to qualify the leads using the questionnaire provided for each type of case. This resulted in significant improvement in case workload and higher revenue.
